Lexan windows are pre-fit and readied for bonding to the coachroof.

Carbon fiber rudders were constructed by Wiggers Custom Yachts. Each rudder weights only 37 lbs.

Rudders are placed in an insulated box and heated to 145 degrees in order to post cure the epoxy.

Spirit of Canada leaves the paint shop and is put onto it's high cradle, in preparation for installation of the keel. The deck of the boat now sits 17 feet above the shop floor.
